Transportation and lodging are not included in the course fee, so you will book
your own room. Everything below is within forty-five minutes of the training
facility at 2302 Homeplace Road in Senatobia, listed nearest first. Most students
stay in Senatobia.
About the rates. Hotel rates move with the season and the day of the
week, so please call for a current price — we would rather you got a real quote than
an out-of-date number from us. At the Holiday Inn Express, say you are attending the
International Embryo Technology School and ask for our negotiated student rate. The
prices shown for the Spahn House and for the studio and loft across the street are
set by their owners and are current.
Senatobia
10 minutes from the training facility
The closest town to the school, and where most students stay.
The closest hotel to the training facility and the one most of our students use. Right off I-55 at the Senatobia exit, about ten minutes from the classroom. Mention that you are attending the International Embryo Technology School to get our negotiated student rate.
A restored historic home in downtown Senatobia, run as a bed and breakfast. A quieter, more personal alternative to the interstate hotels, with breakfast cooked for you in the morning.
A cozy, self-contained studio just across the street from the
International Embryo Technology School campus, perfect for a student
who wants a quiet, low-maintenance place to call home while attending
one of our courses. Open living and sleeping area, full kitchen, and a
private bath — everything within reach.
Six rooms in a restored building on Como's main street, run as an inn with breakfast. A quieter alternative to the interstate hotels, with a couple of good places to eat within walking distance.
A well-kept hotel about twenty minutes north of the training facility, just off I-55 in Hernando. Usually the least expensive option outside of Tunica.
Every room here is a suite with a full kitchen, which makes a real difference over a five-day course — you can cook rather than eat out every night. About twenty minutes north of the training facility.
A full-service Holiday Inn a short distance from the Hampton, with an indoor pool, a fitness room and a restaurant on site. About thirty minutes from the classroom.
Suites with full kitchens, the newest of the Batesville hotels and the best rated. Worth considering if you would rather cook than eat out every evening of the course.
Midweek rates in Tunica are often lower than anything in Senatobia, and the rooms are larger. The trade-off is the drive — about forty-five minutes each way, on roads that are dark at night.
The cheapest bed anywhere near the school if you catch it midweek. Plainer than the other two Tunica properties and the same forty-five-minute drive each way.
